Meadowview Reserve is a new community in the City of Farmington! The first phase consists of 63 single-family lots (62’ wide lots accommodating a 50’ wide house pad).  The site is located just east of Flagstaff Avenue and 195^th Street, immediately north of the Meadowview Elementary School.  Meadowview Preserve has easy access to the surrounding road network and to shopping areas in both Farmington and Lakeville.  The new neighborhood features an extensive trail system along a linear open space, with a city neighborhood park planned in the central portion of the site – while shopping is directly up both Pilot Knob and Cedar Avenue.
