Located on 157th Street off Hampshire Avenue in Savage, Hampshire Preserve is ideally located with services and transit access nearby.

Construction of the development started this Spring with finished lots available in the Fall. There are 21 single-family residential lots with many located in a cul-de-sac and several walk-out home sites. Lots are priced in the $170,000- $200,000 price range. You are welcome to bring your own builder, though they will require approval by Summergate.
